Our Privacy Statement:

At Mighty Bright Technologies, we take your privacy very seriously, as outlined in our privacy policy. There may be times when we need to request certain personal information from you, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number. This may also include your username and password at times. Such information is essential to access your device or account, allowing us to address any repair risks effectively. We assure you that all personal account information will be kept strictly confidential. Access to this information will be limited to a select number of employees, and we enforce a strict violation policy. Rest assured, we will not sell or give away your personal information for any reason.

Our Service Policy:

Repair Risks: Any time work is done on electronics, there are unpredictable repair risks involved. Your device may be beyond repair, and there is always a possibility that it could be permanently damaged during the repair process, rendering it useless. Parts and components can deteriorate over time and may fail without warning, especially in cases of water damage where components can short circuit, oxidize, corrode, and rust. 


Touch ID or Face ID on Apple devices may fail during the repair, which could leave them unusable. Though this is not common, it can occur depending on the condition of the device. 


Additionally, integrated graphics processing units in laptops and All-in-One computers can fail unexpectedly, particularly in older models such as 2011 MacBooks/iMacs. Devices from HP, Dell, Toshiba, and others can also present known GPU problems across various years, makes, and models. 


Some devices, like iPads, feature glued-on screens. Repairs on these may require prying the screen off to access internal components, which poses a risk. These screens are extremely delicate and can crack or break during this process. While we have extensive experience that minimizes the risk of screen breakage, there is always a chance due to their fragility. 


Payment Options: Mighty Bright Technologies accepts most forms of payment, including but not limited to: debit cards, credit cards, checks, cash, and Cash App. 


Service Policy: We provide a warranty on services conducted by Mighty Bright technicians. If an issue arises within 90 days of the completed work, we will redo the service at no charge to you (the customer). This warranty does not cover issues that may develop within the warranty period that are unrelated to our services. Some new parts may come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering part malfunction. Please note that we do not offer warranty coverage on parts not purchased through Mighty Bright Technologies, software issues like virus removal and operating system installation, or new issues not directly tied to the original service. Any modifications or installations of existing hardware during the warranty period will void the warranty. 


Estimate and Repair Time: We strive to get your device repaired and back to you as quickly as possible. However, many factors can affect and potentially extend the expected repair time provided to you. We generally work on devices in the order they are received, but occasionally a device that arrives later may be completed first if parts for your device must be ordered. While we work diligently to complete repairs, there is no guarantee on how long the service will take. All service time estimates are approximations, and ordering parts and shipping may alter these timelines. 


Replacement Parts: If the service we are performing on your device requires replacement parts, we will reach out to you to discuss the necessary components, their importance, price changes, approximate arrival times, and job completion estimates. With your approval, we will proceed with ordering the parts needed for the repair. 


Initial/Estimate & Diagnostic Fee: We maintain a minimum fee for repairs and diagnostics on devices that are not successfully repaired. This fee begins at $40 and may increase depending on the device and the time invested in the repair attempt. 


Pickup and Storage: Please ensure to pick up items within 90 days unless other timely arrangements are made. We appreciate your promptness in this matter!
